Processing Times
Most in‑stock candles and melts ship within 3-5 business days.
Custom orders, pre‑orders, and busy seasons may require additional time. Every order is hand‑poured, packed with care, and processed as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your package leaves our care, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order’s progress. If you need help with a claim, I’m always happy to assist.
Summer Shipping
To protect your candles from heat, please bring your package inside promptly once delivered.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
I do my best to meet all processing and shipping estimates, but delays can happen. WB Handmade Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your package goes missing, please file a claim with the carrier. If you need help, I can file it on your behalf. If the carrier issues a refund to me, I will replace or refund your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to wbhandmadeco@gmail.com so I can make it right.
